Given a comma-separated list of Frontier transaction ids, returns a map keyed by transaction id whose values carry the linked case id and case URL. Transactions with no linked case map to null (queried-but-unlinked is distinct from not queried). The list is trimmed, de-duplicated, and capped at 200 ids after normalization.
