Takes a comma-separated list of Frontier transaction ids. Returns a map keyed by transaction id, whose values carry the linked case id and case URL. A transaction with no linked case maps to null. A transaction that was queried but is not linked is distinct from one that was never queried. The API trims and de-duplicates the list, then caps it at 200 ids.
