Load a Location record with field metadata

https://{instance}.my.salesforce.com/services/apexrest/ThinkSDK/thinklp/api/v1/locations

Returns the { detail, fieldSpecs } envelope. detail holds the Location record, and fieldSpecs describes its fields.
