Find an Item record by exact SKU

https://{instance}.my.salesforce.com/services/apexrest/ThinkSDK/thinklp/api/v1/items/by-sku

Returns the canonical Item matching the exact SKU number. Used as a dedup probe before attaching an item to a case. Returns 404 when no Item matches.
