API Reference

Attach a person to a theft case (canonical link or inline attributes).

Provide exactly one of: personId (link an existing canonical Person) or inline attributes (displayName/personType). Supplying both, or neither, is rejected as 400 BAD_REQUEST. Case-side fields (personRole, chargesFiled, actionTaken, isIdentityConfirmed, apprehensionDateTime, notes, civil-recovery flags) are carried on the new junction.
